You can also make it with, chicken broth, cornstarch, salt, sugar, soy sauce, msg, white pepper and ground celery seed. Just saute veggies and add rest all mixed up to hot veggies in pan, cook till gravy thickens. Grab a hamburger bun, put some fried noodles on top and then a ladle full of chow mein and top with bun, wrap it i wax paper. We brown hamburger or ground pork and add that to it with veggies and serve it open faced style.abfabinrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02805947666496419003noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1885320105550742793.post-86590409895648890542012-02-27T01:19:41.600-05:002012-02-27T01:19:41.600-05:00Got it, disregard, sorryGot it, disregard, sorryAnnenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1885320105550742793.post-56146522457501138042012-02-27T01:16:01.075-05:002012-02-27T01:16:01.075-05:00Kate, what is the name/url of your blog?Kate, what is the name/url of your blog?Annenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1885320105550742793.post-21117762141992342202012-02-26T12:25:18.069-05:002012-02-26T12:25:18.069-05:00Hi Kate! You can still order them at neighborhood spots. The most famous place for the Chop Suey sandwich is at Salem Willows park on Fort Avenue, where there are two take out Chop Suey sandwich stands. One is called Lowe, and the other is the Salem Willows Arcade. My mother doesn't consider it summer until she has had her Chop Suey sandwich.Heather Wilkinson Rojohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17704949156266722016noreply@blogger.com
